Emily serves as Assistant Vice President and Commercial Coordinator for the Philadelphia National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. Joining the industry in 1998, her experience includes a decade of closing experience and eleven years specializing in claims resolution. Emily’s expansive title knowledge has strengthened her ability to adapt, problem-solve, and successfully oversee even the most complex closings. In her current role, Emily facilitates all aspects of the closing process, including settlement statement preparation, disbursement of funds, document recording, and policy issuance.

Emily studied English and secondary education at Adelphi University in Garden City, New York. She is proud to call the Manayunk/Roxborough section of Philadelphia home, where she lives with her husband, their two teenage children, and two rescue dogs. Outside of her professional life, Emily enjoys writing poetry, exploring Fairmount Park's trails, supporting my children's soccer activities, and attending live music events. Although originally from New York, Emily has fully adopted Philadelphia's sports culture and proudly cheers for the Eagles and Sixers.
