James E. Sindoni serves as Vice President and State Manager for Fidelity National Title’s Philadelphia National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. Jim joined the company with Commonwealth Land Title in 1977. Over the years he has become a creative, results-oriented manager and accumulated extensive knowledge of the title insurance industry and associated products.
