Kate Maguire serves as Assistant Vice President and National Commercial Title Officer for Fidelity National Title’s Philadelphia National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. Kate started with Fidelity National Title in November of 2010 and has actively worked in many capacities including table closings, coordinating all residential transactions, some commercial transactions, recording and anything else that may be necessitated to complete a transaction.

Kate holds a B.A. in English from Rutgers University. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband and marvels daily at the accomplishments of her four adult children.
