Steven serves as Commercial Underwriter for Fidelity National Title’s Philadelphia National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. He joined the company in 2011 and has over 20 years of experience handling various matters with title companies. Steven is currently working with a commercial team reviewing and clearing title for commercial clients and preparing and collecting closing documents and corporate entity documents. Additionally, he performs survey reviews and deals with purchases, sales and financing matters for individual and multi-site transactions in all states.
