Steven Herron serves as Commercial Underwriter for Fidelity National Title’s Philadelphia National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. Steve joined the company in 2011 and has over 20 years of experience handling various matters with title companies. He is currently working with a commercial team reviewing and clearing title for commercial clients and preparing and collecting closing documents and corporate entity documents. Additionally, Steve performs survey reviews and deals with purchases, sales and financing matters for individual and multi-site transactions in all states.
