David serves as Vice President and Commercial Underwriting Counsel for the Philadelphia National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. Prior to joining the NCS in 2022, he was counsel with Fidelity National Law Group where he prosecuted and defended title insurance claims on behalf of insureds. Before joining Fidelity, David practiced creditors’ rights law representing mortgage lenders for over 20 years.

David is a member of the Title Issues and Records Committee of the Pennsylvania Land Title Association. He is also a member of the Finance Committee for Philadelphia VIP, an organization providing volunteer legal services for low-income Philadelphians. David serves as a Judicial Commission Volunteer Investigator for the Philadelphia Bar Association. He is a past co-chair of the Philadelphia County Mortgage Foreclosure Diversion Program. David earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Pittsburgh and his law degree from Widener University School of Law. David enjoys spending his free time with his wife and is an avid Philadelphia sports fan. He also skis and plays ice hockey.
